Tempo fa ho scritto un post intitolato " MASTERIZZATORE O HD LENTO " dove spiegavo come ripristinare le funzionalità di un Hard Disk o di un Lettore Masterizzatore di CD o DVD che all'improvviso rallenta l'attività. Ho pensato di mettere anche una seconda parte, eccola :
per ovviare alla possibilità che succeda un'altra volta con facilità, si può cambiare il valore che determina il numero di errori che definisce il passaggio dalla modalità DMA alla modalità PIO. In questo caso si vanno a modificare alcuni valori nel registro di Windows per fare in modo che il passaggio da una modalità all'altra avvenga dopo 6 errori CRC consecutivi e non 6 errori CRC in generale anche not consecutive.

Per verificare che la sottochiave del Registro di sistema sia quella corretta, controllare che il valore DriverDesc contenga la stringa "Canale primario IDE" o "Canale secondario IDE".
Tengo a precisare che l'errato utilizzo dell'editor del Registro di sistema può causare gravi problemi che potrebbero richiedere la reinstallazione del sistema operativo.
