DURC NO PUBLIC NOTICE NO SALARIES
La crisi Cefop ha aperto una serie di questioni importanti che vanno chiarite non solo per il Presente, ma anche, e soprattutto, per il futuro con valenza e significati che vanno oltre la specifica vicenda.
Una premessa tuttavia è necessaria: la questione non può diventare una lite fra opposte Tifoserie, cioè tra coloro che sono per il definanziamento dell’ente e chi non lo reputa né conseguente nè automatica.
Nè ci si può nascondere dietro il dito come il problema appartenesse alla sfera delle questioni tecniche e, dunque, di esclusiva competenza della burocrazia regionale.
Dovrebbe essere cosi ma non è cosi e non è stato cosi.
Per quanto ci riguarda, nell’interesse dei lavoratori, gli enti inadempienti non possono garantire nè buone proposte formative nè i diritti dei lavoratori dunque vanno sottoposti a procedura di definanziamento.
Ma quali sono gli enti inadempienti?
Solo i soggetti che non hanno il Durc cioè, semplificando, che non hanno le contribuzioni previdenziali a posto, oppure anche coloro che non garantiscono le retribuzioni dei lavoratori?
Noi riteniamo entrambi.
Come può considerarsi virtuoso, infatti, un ente che, pur avendo il Durc, non paga da mesi gli stipendi?
La mancata attestazione del Durc, il non pagamento delle retribuzioni attestano entrambi, infatti, un malessere, una condizione economica e finanziaria difficile quanto precaria dunque vanno valutate con altrettanto attenzione.
Ma il rigore o si applica per tutti oppure tanto vale evitare di fare brutte figure.
Ovviamente esistono specificità che vanno valutate singolarmente non vorremmo infatti che dopo tanto lassismo si passi ad un furore ordinatorio che rischierebbe di fare tanti danni quanto la condizione precedente.
Ma soprattutto se l’ente non ha il Durc si bloccano per mesi i pagamenti dei lavoratori?
Si ricorre necessariamente a procedure straordinarie delivery or need to identify common regulatory tools to guarantee workers?

gli operatori della formazione assistono con attenzione alle novità pubblicate da alcune sigle sindacali, che regolarmente dopo un po’ di giorni smentiscono ciò che pubblicano. Come se non è successo niente; anzi proprio l’ultima notizia è quella che il sindacato sosteneva - dimenticando quello che è stato pubblicato precedentemente.
Tutto ruota, tutto si ottiene solo e grazie alle pressioni sindacali di alcune sigle!!!!!
MA I LAVORATORI CONTINUANO A RIMANERE SENZA STIPENDI!!!!!!!!
Alcuni prima invitano i lavoratori a compilare la modulistica per l’iscrizione all'elenco regionale ad esaurimento degli operatori della formazione professionale, istituito con D.A. 5074 del 22 Dicembre 2010, il cui Il termine di presentazione delle istanze per l'iscrizione era stato fissato al 15 febbraio 2011, poi invitano a non compilarla più perché sono riusciti a farla sospendere per poi redigerla in un altro modo!!!
Si gioca con la vita degli altri senza che si capisca effettivamente il danno che si sta arrecando al sistema della formazione professionale e a tutti coloro che ci lavorano!!!!!

Apprendiamo con vivo ed ennesimo stupore che l’assessore Centorrino ancora una volta annuncia politiche virtuose nel travagliato mondo della formazione professionale in Sicilia.
Nel merito, infatti, nessuna contestazione in the sense that we share the suggestion of.

We are clean people, who do not want to mix in situations that do not belong to us, we do not have skeletons in the closets and we are, and we want to stay, free exercise of trade union role to which we have been delegated and that so far has distinguished us from others!
If we bother to someone we are ready to fight, to increase the powers, to perfect all the work done so far, just that it is clearly said, we are ready for the challenge!!
With these attitudes are not going anywhere, everyone must assume their responsibilities in the role that it plays!
not hide behind your finger! We have assumed a major responsibility towards people who believe in us, give us the opportunity to pursue it, let us not be influenced by those who, until yesterday, was sitting in control room and brought training to the point where it is today!!
